In-person training options:
Private session: $95 ; per 1 hour session (ice not included)
Details: With private training sessions, you receive a focused 1 hour session that runs through a variety of detail oriented drills, training, and of course short breaks for demonstration and knowledge absorption. With private training, we can tailor drills and training to fit your exact needs, whether it be specific skill sets you are wanting to focus on.
Semi – Private training (2 goalies): $130 ($65 each goalie) ; per 1 hour session (ice not included)
Details: same as private training, though with two goalies the session is more generalized for both goaltenders to understand the information given to translate to their own playing style. Drills are typically tailored to each goalie given the way they play and skill sets they want to improve on.
Small group training (3-4 goalies): $60 / goalie ; per 1 hour session (ice not included)
Details: Small group training is a maximum of 4 goalies and goes through a session flow, running through a handful of drills and skill sets. Small group sessions entail 2 coaches and typically an additional shooter. With a 2:1 goalie to coach ratio, small group sessions are great to learn from both other goalies and the information explained by the coaches. During rest, coaches run you through explanations and information to improve on the next set of repetitions.
Camps and Clinics:
Details: multiple times a year, typically around Christmas break, spring break, and the summer time, weekend camps and small clinics are put on for goalies wanting to improve on their skills in a group camp setting. Camps are typically 2 days long with 2 ice times, video breakdown sessions and a mobility/dryland option to take a handful of off ice training information back with you.
Power Hour Skating and Stickhandling sessions (coming soon!) – $50 ; per 1 hour session
Details: Power Hour Skating and Stickhandling training sessions run through 1 hour total of goalie specific skating drills (30 minutes) and puckhandling (30 minutes). Sessions are fast pace and will be drop-in like, where goalies can choose to attend without prepayment. Sessions will run weekly and be at either Richmond Ice Centre or Moody Park Arena (New Westminster).
